研华TPC-651T瘦客户端平板电脑采用低功耗嵌入式英特尔®Atom™e3827 1.75 GHz双核处理器、以及高达4G DDR3L内存，具有紧凑、无风扇的特点。TPC-651T装配了具有IP66防水等级的5.7寸/6.5寸全平面5线电阻触摸屏，支持- 20 ~ 60°C宽工作温度，并采用铝合金前面板设计，耐久性更强。TPC-651T可兼容全尺寸mini-PCIe卡，满足各种自动化应用的需求。
通过mini-PCIe卡插槽，TPC-651T可与研华iDoor模块相互搭配实现对I/O端口、隔离数字I/O、现场总线协议、3G / GPS / GPRS / WiFi通信和电池备份MRAM等功能的丰富扩展。
